For help with Panther in ChatGPT, email contact@rcrutai-mena.com. Include your registered Panther email, what you asked, the time of the problem and the error message. A redacted screenshot can help. We respond by email. Do not include your password, API keys, access tokens or another client's data.

Connecting your account

Open Panther's connection in ChatGPT, choose Connect or Sign in, then sign in and approve on Panther's authorization page. Use an existing approved Panther account. OpenAI/ChatGPT and Panther have separate accounts; being signed in to one does not sign you in to the other. Each user must authorize their own connection.

Connection or account errors

• If ChatGPT cannot load the connection, check that you are using your own installed Panther connection in the intended ChatGPT account or workspace. A private connection from another account is not a shared installation.
• If Panther sign-in is declined or your account is not approved, contact RcrutAI from your registered email. Do not send credentials in chat or email.
• If access expired, reconnect and approve again. A Panther connection has a fixed 30-day authorization period and may end earlier if it is revoked or account approval changes.
• After a tool update, refresh the connection's tools when that control is available and test in a new conversation. If an error persists, send us the message and time so we can investigate.

Questions you can ask

• How many units are listed in Grounds by One of One, by unit type?
• Show East Cairo absorption across all published sales months.
• Compare SODIC East prices across every stored monthly wave.
• Show the competitors in the Land Intelligence of my saved deal.

Counts and prices refer to dated broker snapshots. Available coverage varies; ask for the data month and evidence limits. Missing evidence is not necessarily zero. For Product Mix, feasibility, master plans, IC memos or reporting, open the Panther website.

Disconnecting and privacy requests

Remove the Panther connection through ChatGPT's connection controls. If you need RcrutAI to revoke access or handle an account/privacy request, email us from your registered address. Removing a connection does not erase content already in ChatGPT or delete your Panther projects. See our privacy policy for data handling and retention.
