These terms cover Panther for ChatGPT, operated by RcrutAI. Your existing Panther account agreement and the Panther platform terms continue to apply. Your use of ChatGPT is also subject to the terms of the OpenAI service you use.

Account and authorization

Use your own approved Panther account and keep its credentials private. You authorize the connection to retrieve the permitted market information and Land Intelligence for deals owned by your account. Installing Panther in ChatGPT alone does not grant data access. Do not share an account or attempt to access another user's information.

What the connection provides

The service provides read-only market comparisons, stored monthly price waves, aggregate listed-unit counts, validated historical absorption and your own saved Land Intelligence. Product Mix, feasibility, pricing recommendations, master plans, IC memos and reporting remain in the Panther platform. The connection cannot edit or delete a deal or market record.

How to interpret evidence

Broker snapshots contain listed asking prices, not confirmed completed transaction prices. A listing count describes observed rows in a dated wave, not the development's total planned homes or unique units summed across waves. Absorption follows Panther's validated historical evidence and can include provisional months, missing coverage and later corrections. A listing's disappearance alone is not proof of a sale.

Check source dates, filters, evidence coverage and assumptions before relying on an answer. Panther's information and AI-written interpretations support research and professional judgment; they are not a guarantee of investment performance or a substitute for valuation, financial or legal advice.

Permitted use and content

You may use authorized results in your normal business analysis, charts and reports, subject to your Panther agreement. You must have the right to process any deal information you ask the connection to use. You retain your rights in your submitted content and authorize its processing as described in the privacy policy. Do not resell or publish Panther's underlying database as a dataset, scrape around access limits, bypass security, overload the service or use it unlawfully.

Availability and ending access

Data coverage and service availability can change or be interrupted for maintenance. RcrutAI may suspend access for abuse or loss of account approval. You may stop using the connection and request revocation at any time. Ending access does not automatically erase past ChatGPT messages or your Panther account records. Contact support for help or deletion requests.
